The Board of Trustees is composed of three volunteer members elected by the General Assembly by proportional majority vote through which the three members win the highest number of votes. The Board is chaired by the member who gets the maximum of votes. In the case of equal numbers of votes for candidates or for the chair of the Board, the oldest candidate or member wins the seat.

The Board of Trustees represents the General Assembly in the following:

  • Monitor the activities of the Executive Office
  • Receive the candidacies paperwork and oversee the election of the Executive Office
  • Propose amendments and draft regulations to the General Assembly
  • Manage the Association affairs in the case of end of term of the Executive Office or of its permanent vacancy
  • When two competing lists win the same number of votes at the General Assembly for the election of the Executive Office, the members of the Board of Trustees votes on the two competing lists.
